Description: The HeartSine Samaritan PAD 350P is a semi-automatic AED (the user presses a button to deliver a shock). It is light to carry and simple to operate. There are only two buttons to interface with, the power and shock buttons, which simplifies the use. Unlike other AED's there is just a single expiration date with a four year shelf life. It has the highest IP56 rating in the industry with regards to dust and moisture infiltration. The AED will escalate from 150 joules to 200 joules in the event the lower dose doesn't convert your patient with the previous two shocks. This feature is not offered on all AED models and actually models the shocking sequence used by healthcare professionals. There is an audible metronome present for the rescuer to ensure an adequate compression rate.
